Made from 85% recycled glass, GLASSeco comes in a wide range of colours.  It is also possible to add larger or smaller glass chunks, crushed shells or sparkly aluminium filings.  Your worktops can be made in any size and shape – curves, circular islands and L-shapes are all easily made in a mould to your exact measurements.  Please remember that GLASSeco does not bend and you will need to measure your access route if you are ordering large worktops.

Upstands/splashbacks can be made as one single piece with your worktop, thus eliminating tiles, grouting and a tiler – along with the usual hiding place for germs and dirt.  For added hygiene, GLASSeco is mixed with SteriTouch® - an antimicrobial agent that helps to fight the growth of bacteria and germs for the lifetime of your worktops and never washes off.  Wiping with a soft cloth and washing-up liquid will keep your worktops clean and fresh whilst, once a year, we recommend that you wax them in the same way as you’d care for stone or granite.

Fitting is simple.  The worktops have a built-in sub-strata board made from recycled supermarket plastic packaging waste, bringing the recycled content up to 95%.  The board ensures our worktops are light enough to sit on your cupboard carcasses without them needing any reinforcement and your builder can simply screw straight into the base.  A fitting service can be provided if required.
